Unlike the other basic Safi Free recipes, this one is an exception, as the basic recipe for this Safi Free product is all low in fat, as 100 g of the finished product does not exceed 3 g of fat!
It is well known that the taste of a flame is due to the fact that it is fried in a rich oil, there is no flame in the world that when fried in the oven without any fat, it will still taste like a flame, it is the function and the topping that gives it the flame feeling. :)
This pancake absorbs much less fat than a traditional pancake, but it's still not fat-free!
But I did try to make it fat free, here is the fat free version of the Safi Free pancake .
