Safi Free millet pancake flour mix (gluten free) 1000g
Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, low-fat sweet or savoury pancakes can be made with the Safi Free Millet Pancake Flour Mix.
Ingredients: tapioca starch, millet flour (31%), buckwheat flour, fibre mix (plantain seed husk meal, bamboo fibre), bulking agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid).

Suggested use
Pancake recipe (VEGAN):
Ingredients (for 5 pancakes): 100 g Safi Free pancake flour mix; 6 g sweetener (quadruple); 1 g salt; 300 g room temperature Alpro almond drink (or water);
Preparation.
Measure out the almond drink, add the salt and sweetener (or just the salt for savoury pancakes).
Then add 100 g of the flour mixture and whisk with a hand whisk until lump-free.
Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
Baking :
Spray a griddle with oil and heat over medium heat.
Spread a portion of the dough in the pan, then fry the first side for about 2 - 2,5 minutes and the other side for about 0,5 - 1 minute ( you can turn it over when the edges of the dough are pendulous )
Be careful not to overheat the pancake pan, as this can cause small holes in the pancake batter!
The product may contain sesame seeds, mustard seeds, celery, nuts, sulphites!
