Safi Reform Paleo Cake Flour Blend for making paleo sweet cakes with the perfect texture and taste, very easily. Gluten-free, dairy-free, no added sugar.
Ingredients: Coconut flour, tapioca starch, sweetener (erythritol), bulking agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (konjac gum).

Ingredients.
Preparation:
Whip the egg whites with the salt to a custard consistency. Whisk the egg yolks with the oil and water. Then, using a hand whisk, work in the flour. When the mixture starts to thicken, gently stir in the egg white whites in several batches. Flatten the dough into a 20 cm silicone mould and place in the oven.
Bake:
26 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C on the top-lower programme.
